Refund policy
- You can return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The returned item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, in its original commercial condition, and with tags attached.
- If you decide to return an item, please notify us by email: lega@lega.lt
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the price of the item (excluding delivery costs) within 7 days.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please first return the item and then place a new order for the desired product.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

If you received the item via a parcel terminal:
When you received the SMS notification about the delivery, you also received a return PIN code. To return the item, enter this code at the parcel terminal, attach the printed return label to your parcel, and place it inside the terminal.
The return shipping cost of €2 (within Lithuania) will be deducted from your refund (no payment is required at the terminal). -
